Havenner, president of the Anacostia Citizens’ As-| sociation, is president of the Federation of Citizens' Associations and chairman of the Citizens' Advisory Council, it was decided at a meeting of the civic body last night not to nominate any one to succeed F. Tracy Campbell, the association’s delegate, for membership on the council. Dr. Havenner pointed out that there are two associations in Southeast Washington that have al- |ready made nominations, and as the | Anacostia group would be represented |on both the federation and the council, & successor to Mr. Campbell would not | be necessary. Plans for a card party to take place on the occasion of the March meeting were discussed, and it was decided to | nave a short business session on March 26, followed by the games.
