ROCEHSTER, Ind, May 9 (#)— Lloyd Flitcraft, 36, a farmer, and his three young daughters, Mabel, Mildred and Mary, were burned to death in their home near Akron, Ind., early yes- terday. The three girls were sleeping in an upstairs room. It was believed that a lantern they had taken upstairs with them exploded, setting fire to the house. Mr. and Mrs. Flitcraft took two other children and an aged relative to a place of safety. Flitcraft then entered the house in an attempt to reach the three girls, and was on the stairway when the upper part of the hmldmg crashed in.
