When the iliness had reached the crisis, the monkeys were treated with serum prepared from the monkays themselves, and all recovered. | The same experiments, tried on human beings, had equal total success and the discoverer thinks his serum provides an escape for all who use it intelligently. Other monkeys were suc- cessfully immunized. | It is notable that during thz ments Prof. Kuczynski and his woman | assistant both became infected and, betrayed typicel yellow fever symptoms. | Both used the serum and were cured. | Prof. Kuczyncki's treatment coupiss | insulin injections with injections of serum drawn from sick monkeys, which discovery he hopes soon to be able to | preserve in commerc\nl form. It is equipped with & flashlight of 1,100,000 candle- power, which has been seen at a dis- tance of seventy-six miles.
