Moulton. and staff, of the Department of the Potomac, G. A. R., and Miss Augusta Bz Palmer, the new depart- ment vresident of the Woman's Re- lief Corps, and staff; with a reception at Hotel Raleigh last night from 8 to 11 o'clock, followed by dancing un- til 12 o'clock. There was a large attendance of members and their fam- ilies, including many members of the G. A. R. and offiters of the several organizations. In the recefving line in the green room were Department Commander Moulton and staff, and Miss Palmer, department president of Woman’s Relief Corps, and staff. Musical selections were rendered dur- ing the receiving hour. Judge Moul- ton, the new commander, and Miss Palmer received many messages of congratulations from those who were unable to be present.
