IPSY LAND—'most anywhere is Gipsy Land. This free and happy people travel at will in lands they like,-with the music of their awn, G singing and dancing to the fancy of their dreams. They live by making baskets, trading horses, telling fortunes. Many of them are experts in metalwork, making jewelry and repairing broken utensils. We find them in our country, wandering along the roads and camping in the fields. In many cities they are allowed to remain but a short time, on account of their character and the life they lead. In their dress they like bright colors. Use a brush or bit of cotton wound on a toothpick -and with plain water paint carefully between the lines of the picture and notice the colors as they appear.
