These little animals are fearless and, when attacked, will assume the offensive. If one is injured, he will give the alarm, and the rest of the drove will come by the hundreds to his aid. A man caught thus is helpless unlesg he can get out of their way by climbing & tree. They will remain for hours at the base of the tree, waiting for him to come down.
