And when the Giant slept, Jack took the gold for his mothe r, Again he visited the castle and found the hen that laid golden eggs for him and the harp that played to wake the Giant from his sleep, who came chasing after him as he ran down the Bean Stalk, And when Ye cut the stalk with the ax, the Giant fell to his death, leaving Jack and his mother to live happy ever after,
