Think this over: Plant of the Gate City Malt Company More than 300,000 bushels of malt is turned out every year by the huge plant of the Gate City company at Twenty-sixth and N streets, South Omaha. Since 1906, when the company was or- ganized, it has built up a business that is today the leader in its line. The Gate City Malt Company is always in the market for high grade barley. Farm- ers receive top prices and are given an in- centive that leads toward the growing of better grain. This means better farming, greater profits, better homes and a more substantial community. The company gives employment to 25 trained men in the malt houses all the year around. The immense amount of barley purchased in Nebraska and Colorado by the Gate City Malt Company for treatment at the Omaha plant has been instrumental in increasing and upholding the price of this cereal.
