Obstetrical Unit at Emergency Hospifal Is Contemplated Committee Is Named to Consider Ways, Means; Officers Elected A committee to devise means for establishing an obstetrical unit in Emergency Hospital has been named by the Board of Directors of the ;mspltal, it was announced yester- ay. The committee was chosen at the recent annual meeting of the board at which members took action upon the suggestion of Maj. Gist Blair, board president, to install an obstetrical unit. The suggestion was made in Maj. Blair’s annual report nndlfialm in the report of B. B. Bandidge, hospital superintendent. The committee includes Maj. Blair, Mrs. Reginald Huidekoper, Mrs. Hugh Auchincloss, Mrs. Calvert Bowie, Dr. Guy W. Leadbetter, Dr Henry L. Darner, Dr. James F. Mitchell and Dr. Harry M. Kaufman. | A chairman will be elected in the near future. Officers Elected. Maj. Blair was re-elected presi- dent of the board. Other officers include Samuel H. Kaufimann, first vice president; George A. Garrett, second vice president; Dr. A. B. Moore, secretary, and Stanley D. Willis, treasurer.
