By the Associated Press, DETROIT, July 24 —General Motors Corp. and the United Automobile Workers of America will confer Mon- day on union proposals to revise their wages and work agreement. The same day the National Labor Relations Board hearing on a com- | plaint against the Ford Motor Co. will | enter what may be its last week. The hearing was in recess today. | Spokesmen for General Motors and the U. A. W. A. announced last night that representatives of each will meet at 2 pm. (E. S. T.) Monday. Union to Seek Revision. The union has notified the corpora- | tion it will seek revision of the ammni ment, signed after last Winter's pro- | longed strike. and General Motors, in reply. demanded written assurance of | no further unauthorized stoppages of work before it would enter negotiations. | The agreement, under its provisions | may be revised or revoked after | August 11 Flovd O. Jacobi said the “employers’ strike"” had been temporarily postponed be- cause of opposition from butchers in | the Rockaways, Coney Island and | newhboring resorts, but that a meet- | inz had been called next Wednesday | to fix the date.
