B—4 = KING' OF ISLAND LEADS FULL LIFE Veteran Who Lives on San Miguel Saved Life of Companion. By the Associated Press. SANTA BARBARA, Calif, July 24. —Herbert S. Secretary Hull, apostle of liberalized world commerce, indorsed yesterday any European-sponsored move to stim- ulate economic education and promote world economic rehabilitation. His views were expressed in com- ment on the proposal of King Leopold of Belgium to establish an interna- tional institute to draft ways for achieving commercial equilibrium and financial stabilizaton.
