ALEXANDRIA, Va, May 27— Charges of arson against William Henry Walker, 40, who lives near An- nandale, Va., yesterday were nolle prossed by Commonwealth Attorney Albert Bryan for lack of evidence. The charge grew out of a fire in| the 100 block of South Payette street | May 5 in which three houses were destroyed and eight persons, including four firemen, were injured. Walker's father-in-law, Charles Toombs, 67, suffered a broken leg when he jumped from a second-floor window to escape tue flames. Walker was arrested by State police following an investigation by L.
