Beautiful plain colors . . . and glorious prints on light and dark BY the Associated Press, WEST PALM BEACH, Fla, July 4. —Circuit Judge C. E. Chillingsworth | faced the task today of determining the paternity of 9-month-old boy triplets claimed as sons by two men. Those hoping to prove their father- hood are T. J. Miller of West Palm Beach, who married the baby's mother, Mrs. Lois Johnson, last Feb- ruary, and Louis D. Pierre of Miami, who started court action yesterday to obtain custody of the children. Pierre obtained an order directing Mr. and Mrs. Miller to release the boys | or else show cause. They have until July 10 to file proceedings opposing the order. Both men first insisted the triplets were their sons last Winter when the Dade County Juvenile Court at Miami | took the children away from Mrs. Johnson after it found her unable to | support them. The mother later divorced her first husband, Aubrey Johnson, from whom she was separated, and married Miller despite Pierre’s protests that he, in- stead of the West Palm Beach man, ‘was the real father. The juvenile court then restored the triplets to the mother and they were brought here by the Millers. Glare! Glare! GLARE! —That’s what your eyes have to contend with during the Summer . . .
