ELKTON, Md.,, December 12.—EIlk- ton’s two officers who arrested and handcuffed the Persian Minister to the United States are no longer on the job. A member of the Cecil County Board of Commissioners disclosed yes- terday that Constable Clayton Ellison had resigned. Town Officer Jacob Biddle has not been on the job for several days, but it could not be learned officially whether he had been dis- | missed or had resigned. The Board of County Commission- | ers has jurisdiction over Ellison. The | county eommissioner, who declined to let his name be used, said in answer to a direct question that Ellison had re- signed.
