PARIS, November 1,364,000,000 francs in gold (about $90,024,000) during -the week ended November 22 was reported by the Bank of France. This loss reflected the heavy gold shipments which during the last four weeks have drained 8,132,000,000 francs in gold from France’s steadily decreasing gold reserve. The outflow was dwindling, finan- quarters said, but shipments con- d, with the United States dollar quoted at 15.19 francs (6.58375 cents to the franc). The bank showed gold reserves of 69,025,000,000 francs on November 22, providing a banknote coverage of 72.27 per cent.
