HOWARD BURIED Army Veteran’s Funeral Is Held From Fort Myer Chapel. Funeral services for Col. Charles E. N. Howard, 62, U. 8. A, retired, who until 1932 had charge of the Reserve Officers’ Training Corps at Howard University, were held at the Fort Myer, Va., chapel today. Burial was in Arlington National Cemetery with full military honors. A veteran of Army service, Col. Howard was retired in 1922, but as- signed to active duty in charge of the R. O. T. Wilson, 62, & resi- dent of Washington for more than 40 years, died yesterday ut her home, 2205 First street, after a long illness. She was the wife of Luther R. Wilson, an employe of the Washington Railway Terminal. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm. Saturday et the Rhode Island Avenue Methodist Protestant Church, of which Mrs. Wilson was a member for many years. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
