TOPC OF BISHOP T0 BE ARNITC Annual Commemoration to Begin at Cathedral Tomorrow. The annual commemoration of the Armistice will begin in Washington Cathedral tomorrow, with Bishop James E. Freeman delivering the ser- mon at the people’s evensong service in the Bethlehem Chapel at 4 o'clock. The preacher at the celebration of the holy communion in the Bethle- hem Chapel at 11 o'clock tomorrow will be the dean of the Cathedral, Very Rev. G. C. F. Bratenahl.
