The seventh Silver Star Home of 1935, an attractive, sturdily-built structure of early American design, will be opened for public inspection tomorrow at 1722 Hoban road, Colony Hill, under sponsorship of The Star. The house was built by the firm of Boss & Phelps, and under the personal supervision of Harry K. Boss, member of the firm which has con- tributed much to the Capital's resi- dential development. It contains nine rooms, three baths, club room, and has a finished attic. It was de- signed by Harvey P. Baxter, regis- tered architect. It will be open for public inspection for 30 days. Presentation of this spacious home, which presents a picture of residen- tial comfort, marks only the second time during the year the Silver Star Home Committee has approved for the Silver Star award a dwelling priced higher than $15,000. The last Directions to Site Of Silver Star Home In Colony Hill Area ‘The seventh Silver Star Home of 1935, which will be opened to the public tomorrow at 1722 Hoban road, Colony Hill, under sponsorship of The Star, may be reached by driving out Reservoir road past Thirty-fifth street to the Colony Hill sign directly op- posite Foxhall Village. The home is located about a block from the intersection of Reservoir road and Hoban road. The house was constructed by Baoss & Phelps, developers of the Colony Hill section. It will be on public exhibition for a 30-day pe- riod, and will be open each day from 10 a.m. until 9 pm. The home carries the indorsement of the Silver Star Homes Committee, composed of five experts in all phases of home building and planning. This committee is headed by James S.
