SUNDAY SCHOOLS PLAN CONVENTION 42d Annual Gathering of Association to Be Oc- tober 28 and 29. The Forty-Second Annual Conven- tion of the District of Columbia Sun- day School Association will be held at Mt. Vernon Place M. E. Church, South, | the evenings of October 28 and 29. The convention will open with a din- ner at 6:30 pm. The second session will be held in the auditorium at 8 o'clock, with W. W. Millan presiding. There will be a song service, led by John L. Bateman, assisted by Miss Margaret Barringer at the organ and Mrs. Lucille Etchison at the piaio. *This will be followed by the devotional service and welcome by Rev. W.
