He also leaves a brother, McKendree Walker of Gaithersburg, and a sister, Mrs. Kate Browning of Germantown. By the Associuted Press. RICHMOND, September 30— James O. Scott, president of the Richmond Dairy Co., and a leader in business circles here, died at his home last night. Mr. Scott, who was 75, had been ill with heart disease at his Henrico County home eight months. He is survived by his widow and three daughters, Mrs. Garnett Burgess, and Mrs. Robert McDonald of Rich- mond and Mrs. William Schliof of Bristol. Two brothers also survive. Funeral services will be held at Centenary Methodist Church here to- morrow at 4 pm.
