This regulation is for your protection and the protection of other motorists. There is generally better observance of this rule during the Summer months when the majority of motorists drive with their win- dows down than in the colder weather. Always remember that you are absolutely wrong if you have a collision and do not give proper signal. This does not mean a throwing mo- tion of your hand and then to directly make a change in your direction, but stick your hand out far enough in advance of making the turn for the car behind you to know that you intend to change your direction. This is a simple and safe rule to follow. 1 ing, please, if you will, the 9th verse, | you will find these words, these are| the words of God: “And he said, What | hast thou done? What have you done by your care- ! lessness? What have you done by | your thoughtlessness? What have you done by your ruthlessness? The blood, the blood, the blood, the blood of your brother, your brother, cries unto me from the ground.” May I say to you, my precious ones, sometimes we have these hit-and-run drivers that are careless of how they drive and then less careful about what | they have done when they have hit and run. Listen, may I say to you, you can't run away from it: the blood of that one whom you have upset | may be upon the ground and the body may be lifeless, but God says the blood talks, the blood talks, and in | the judgment, in the judgment, your | deed will meet you there.
