S Members of Society Are Journeying Mrs. Mills and Senor And Senora de la Torriente Sailing. ‘Mrs. Ogden Mills, wife of the former | Secretary of the Treasury, will sail | from New York tonight on the Bremen | for Europe. ‘The former Cuban Ambassador to this country and Senora de la Tor- | riente will sail today from New York on the Champlain for Europe. They | will go to the Hague, Holland, where Dr. de la Torriente is now a member | of the high court of arbitration. Former Representative and Mrs. Frank Murphy of Ohio are at Hotel Dennis in Atlantic City for several ‘weeks, later returning to their Wash- ington home at 1734 Poplar lane in Rock Creek Park Estates. Mr. and Mrs. William Whiting An- drews are in New York for a short stay and are at the Weylin Hotel. Mr. and Mrs. Allen Rushton of Birmingham, Ala., with their children, little Adelaide Rushton and Allen Rushton, jr, joined Mrs. Rushton’s mother, Mrs. David H. Blair and Mr. Blair at the Wardman Park Hotel a few days ago. Mrs. Blair and her | daughter and grandchildren are in Atlantic City for several weeks at the Marlboro-Blenheim. Mrs. Blair was also accompained to Atlantic City by young David Blair, jr., and his house guest, Mr. Robert McBride. Mrs. Thomas J. Ryder, accompanied by her daughters, Miss Nancy Ryder | and Miss Betty Ryder, and her mother, Mrs. Annie E. Callahan, will sail to- morrow at noon from New York aboard the Grace liner Santa Lucia for a tour of Chile and Peru. Mr. and Mrs. Marshall Marston went Wednesday to Greenwich, Conn, where they attended the wedding that day of the latter's mother, Mrs. E. Isabelle Trenchard Arnold and Mr. Storer Goodwin Decatur of New York, which took place in the home of Rev. Lyman H. Merrill, who per- formed the ceremony. Following the ceremony, Mr. and| Mrs. Decatur and the members of | the two families motored to New York where Mrs. Edward Trenchard entertained at a wedding breakfast in her apartment at the Ambassador. | Mr. and Mrs. Decatur sailed for Bermuda, and upon their return will | go to Kittery Point, Me., for the re-| mainder of the Summer. They will make their home in New York in | the Fall. | Mrs. James Parmalee of Washington, | who has been at the Greenbrier for & few weeks, left yesterday for her home in Ohio. Mr. and Mrs. G. Carroll Todd are | at the Vanderbilt Hotel in New York for a few days.
