The association intends, according to Sam Lovenbein, an organizer, and Morris Kuppersmith, president, to keep up the standard price of 75 cents for cleaning suits, They propose to fight thase who go below this price by naving the nearby association members go under the cut prices and take away the business of those establishing the cut rates. “Some cleaners and tailors have gone as low as 39 cents for cleaning a suit,” Lovenbein said today.
