May 1.—The third daughter of a European digni- tary to give the Shenandoah Valley's annual Spring fiesta an international atmosphere, Mile. Nella Veverka, lovely young blond daughter of Dr. Ferdi- nand Veverka, Minister from Czecho- slovakia, came to Winchester today to receive queenly honors tomorrow at the opening of the twelfth annual Bhenandoah Apple Blossom Festival.
