Puneral services with full naval honors were held this morning at 0100 T the Fort Myer Chapel for Rear Ad- miral Arthur Lee Willard, U. 8. N,, retired, who died Sunday at his home, 2101 Connecticut _avenue. Burial followed in Arlington National Cemetery. The pallbearers were former class- mates of Admiral Willard at Annapo- lis.
