Mrs. Mary Irene Buccolo filed suit in Distict Supreme Court yesterday | against the Metropolitan Life Insur- ance Co., to collect a $5,000 policy on the life of her husband, Rudolph, who | was killed by her in self-defense last year. Mrs. Buccolo was tried for first- degree murder, but was found not guilty by the jury after she had inter- sed a self-defense plea. In her suit today, she says she has made repeated demands for paymeat of the insurance pelicy which was taken out by Buccolo in June, 1927, but that the company has not com- plied. She was represented by the law firms of Lambert & Yeatman and Do Obear, Morgan & Campbell.
