12 Cabinet Member Gusst At Chicago Club Dinner Dr. and Mrs. Arthur H. Compton will be the guests of honor of the Uni- versity of Chicago Club of Washington on the occasion of the annual dinner, which will be held at the Kennedy- Warren Thursday, at 7 o'clock. Dr. Compton, who is professor of physics at the University of Chicago and holder of the award of the Nobel prize for 1927, will give an illustrated lecture on “Cosmic Rays on Six Continents.” Dr. Howard K. Beale, president of the club, ‘will preside. All?mnl who will be guests of honor include the Secretary of the Interior and Mrs. Harold L. Ickes, Senator and Mrs. James P.
