Plans are being completed by the Treasury Department for two new buildings to be erected at the National Institute of Health, formerly the Hy-| glenic Laboratory of the Public Health Service, at Twenty-fifth and E streets. The new bulldings will include one to combine an administration head- quarters and library and a second structure to be used for a laboratory. $750,000 Appropriated. Congress has appropriated $750,000 for the erection of these two structures. In addition to drawing plans for the new National Institute of Health buildings, the office of supervising ar- chitect of the Treasury Department is THEATRE PARKING 7P.M. AIR TRIP TO BE TAKEN BY HOUSE NAVAL GROUP Committee, After Delays, Will Visit Hampton Roads Tuesday to Inspect Activities. ‘The flight of the House Naval Com- mittee to Hampton Roads, delayed a month by the press of business here, will be made Priday.
