Coen to Attend Fiftieth Anniversary Banquet of Lodge Tonight. John R. Coen, grand exalted ruler of Elks, arrived in Washington yester- day to attend the fiftieth anniversary banquet of the Washington Lodge of Elks at 8 o'clock tonight at the May- flower Hotel. It was at first feared that illness would prevent Mr. Coen from coming to Washingtcn for the event. ‘The officer was greeted on arrival by a committee from the local lodge.
