HE Ambassador of Great Britain, Sir Ronald Lindsay, will enter- tain a company of 22, including Senators, Representatives and other officials, at dinner tonight at the embassy in honor of his guest. the Hight Hon. Winston Churchill, who will deliver a lecture tomorrow evening for the Community Institute. Members of the diplomatic corps and others prominent in Washington Mfe will attend the lecture, which Mr. Churchill will give tomorrow evening at 8:15 o'clock in Constitution Hall. Sir Ronald will introduce his famous coun- tryman and guest to his first Capital audience.
