With an unusually brilliant array of speakers on its program for its annual | authors’ breakfast the National League ©of American Pen Women scored another success yesterday in this always at- tractive event of the Spring season in ‘Washington. The large ball room of the Willard Hotel presented a gay and colorful scene as the numerous parties of hostesses and their guests, Pen Wom- en from this city and out of <wown, representatives of Washington's various phsses of social life and officialdom, all gathered about the many small tables and the distinguished guests and speakers of the day assembled at the long speaker’s table.
