WAUKEGAN, Ill, December 17.—A peace-time hazard proved the undoing Monday of Count Felix von Luckner, who came through the World War un- scathed. He was seriously injured in ECEMBER 17, '1930. an automobile accident near Waukegan. The machine in which he rode with his secretary and two friends skidded on the snow-covered highway north of here and overturned. The German “sea devil' 'suffered a fractured right collar-bone and several broken ribs. The_secretary, Mr. Englestrom, and Mrs. Rose Miller Mosclle of Chicago were cut and bruised.
