A special Latin-American concert, ar- ranged in honor of delegates to the Inter-American Conference on Agricul- ture, Forestry and Animal Husbandry, will be broadcast from the Pan-Amer- fcan Union tonight by the naval station AA The last half hour of the pro- gram, from 10 to 10:30 o'clock, will be carried by WRC and a network of other National Broadcasting Co. stations. Contributing to the concert will be the United States Navy Band, directed by Lieut.
