5K IPROVENENT O SCHOOLGROUND Chevy Chase Citizens Urge Action Be Taken by Dis- trict Officials. Improvement of the surroundings of the playground at Forty-first and Liv- ingston streets will be requested of the District Commisisoners, according to action taken by the Chevy Chase Citi- gens' Association, meeting in the E. V. Brown School, Connecticut avenue and McKinley street, last night. H. V. Schreiber, chalrman of the safety com- mittee, was directed to take the matter up with District officials. A resolution was adopted protesting inst the presence at the playgrounds Tyoums who use obscene language, and the police will be asked to put a stop to it.
