SAN ANTONIO, Tex., November 15.— Complaining that many States are com- pelled by public demands to build more highways without Federal aid than with it, the American Association of Highway Officlals yesterday urged Congress to in- crease the Federal aid highway appro- priation to $125,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 1932 and 1933. A request was made that the appro- priation for the year 1931 be increased to $100,000,000.
