George Oakley Totten will give an illustrated lecture on Maya archi- tecture, which has been brought into the limelight by recent discoveries. Sec- retary Adams will respond to the toast “The United States Navy,” and Maj, Gen. George Barnett, World War com- mandant of the Marine Corps, will re- spond to the toast “The United States Marine Corps.” Assistant Secretary of | & War Hurle: had planned to respond ca behalf of the Army, but the club members now understand that he had been unexpectedly called away and can- not attend.
