EARLY ACTION URGED ON VETERANS’ RELIEF Senator Brookhart Asks Transfer of Amendment From Finance to Pension Committee. A concerted movement to have Con- gress take early action on proposed leg- islation to amend the World War Vet- erans’ act, to do away with the rule re- quiring the veteran to prove that his disability originated in the service, was Jaunched in the Senate lale vesterday ;V Senator Brookart, Republican, of owa.
