“KEEP lAW lEAGUE” PLANS SUBMITTED War Mothers, in Louisville Convention, Urged to Adopt Movement Over Nation. By the Associated Press. LOUISVILLE, Ky., September 27.— Plans for a “keep law league,” designed to teach law observance ‘“from the mother's knee,” were submitted to the annual convention of American War Mothers here yesterday by Mrs. Mary Bennett Little of Wadesboro, N. C., chairman of the organization’s commit- tee on prisons. Mrs. Little's plans include organization of chapters in every school throughout the country, dhmbu!lon of badges and the awarding of grade cards for law ob- servance, including llws of the school, home, State and Nat! She described her plm as the first or- ganized response to President Hoover's plea for Jaw observance. She asked the War Mothers to .dnpt the league as a national progra Reports of 26 State presidents were heard, after which delegates attended a luncheon in honor of the gold stlrl mothers. The afternoon program was given over to the dedication of markers and trees and other patriotic ceremonies. Last night's speakers included Mrs. Lowell Hobart, president general of the Natonal Society, Daughters of Amer- ican Revolution, Washington; Mrs. Boyce Ficklin, jr..
