New York Court Restrains Illumi- nating Display Firm’s Transaction. NEW YORK, September 12 (P).— Supreme Court Justice Valente yester- day signed a temporary order restrain- ing Rainbow Luminous Products, Inc., a large display advertising concern, from carrying out its intention of pay- ing $7,000,000 for a two-thirds interest in the Claude-Neon Federal Co., a dis- play advertising company controlled by the Insull Power interests. The order resulted from an applica- tion to restrain the sale permanently filed by Claude-Neon Light, Inc., which owns a third interest in the Clxude- Neon Federal Co. and the patents under which the latter has been operating. The application set forth that the Insull interests intend to sell out valuable territorial rights of the Claude- Neon Light not only to its most pow- erful competitor, but also to the organi- zation against which the plaintiff has five infringement suits pending.
