WORLD PASSING “NEDDLNG AGE" Jewish Charities Director Says Fundamentals of Life Being “Monkeyed With.” | By the Associated Press. | SAN FRANCISCO, June 27.—The world is passing through a “meddling age” and the fundamentals of life are ! being “monkeyed with” continually, Dr. Samuel C. Kohs, executive director of the Federation of Jewish Charities, de- clared in an address here yesterday be- fore delegates to the fifty-sixth lnflllll conference of social work. The evils of divorce and a novel means of combating them by the es- tablishment of classes in modern mar- riage, were discussed by the Rev. Charles N. Lathrop, president of the National Conference of Social Work of the Episcopal Church.
