Miller of the 2400 block Thirty- eventh street northwest, Washington, esterday was acquitted by a jury in the Criminal Court. on her appeal from a 30-day jail sentence and a fine imposed recently in Traffic Court The jury was out about 20 minutes before returning a verdict of not guilty. Charges of operating while under the influence of liquor were laid against Mrs. Miller after her arrest following a collision between her automobile and another car last May 24, at Harford and Central avenue.
