The law has forced dishonest real estate men in 13 States to refund nearly $4,000,000 to their victims, says the Na- tional Association of Real Estate Boards, which has dirécted a campaign to oust unscrupulous and ignorant dealers from the profession. Real estate license laws, mostly pat- terned on the model prepared by the assoclation, are in effect in 22 States and a Canadian province.
