Miller, 57 years old, Medi- cal Corps, U. S. A. chief of the per- gonnel division of the surgeon gen- eral's office, War Department, died of pneumonia in Walter Reed Hospital | todsy. Col. Miller had been stationed hers [ as chiet of the personnel division since last May. He'also held a similar posi- tion here during the World War. Fol- lowing the war he was in command of the American Hospital with the Army | of Occupation at Coblenz, Germany, for about two years. Col. Miller resided at 3313 Rowlani plaf and was a member of the Chevy | Chase Club. | Born in Ontarlo, Canada, August 19, | 1871, Col. Miller was duated from | the Detroit College of licine in 1893 nd entered the Medizal Corps, first | as a contract surgeon, in 1900.
