CONSTITUTION HALL PLANS DISCUSSED Gift of Pipe Organ. Causes!|||| Variation in Mode of Construction. Detailed plans were discussed for the building of Constitution Hall, at the meeting of the national board of man- agement of the D. A. R. yesterday. Mrs. Alfred J. Brosseau, president general | of the society, presided. The location of the pipe organ, which was pledged as a gift by Mrs. William Reynolds of Winston-Salem, N. C.
