The program will include the first foreign newsreel to be exhibited in Washington,- this film coming from Soviet Russia, and also .revival of Charlie Chaplin's comedy, “Sunnyside.” “Nature and Love.” according to the Motion Picture Guild, is at once a scientific and a popular subject, and the film should bs interesting to lay- men because its information is handled in a visual way. One can actually see the beginnings of life on this planet, and the development of man from the days when he was represented by such forms as lung fish, and later forms like the Neanderthal Man. The film is claimed to have more varied and unusual shots of nature than any other film yet produced. Monkeys, snails, bats, babboons, etc., make up the cast of characters, except in the last few reels, when such ancient forms of humanity as clif and cave dwellers are graphically shown. The picture was directed by Dr. M. E. D. Kaufmen of the University of Berlin, #nd scientifically supervised by Dr. Ulrich K. T. Schulz. . Russia Plans Solar Study.
