THE SUNDAY STAR, WASHINGTON, D. C, AUGUST 23, 1925—PART 3. A N O U N € N G HE consolidation of the Wardman Motor Car Company and Justice Motor Company, Willys-Knight and Overland dealers for Washington and vicinity, under the name of Wardman-Justice Motors, Inc. This consolidation is the largest merger of automobile companies that has ever taken place in Washington and is made with the thought of better serving present as well as future owners of Willys-Overland products in this city. The resources behind the new company are second to none and it is a high tribute to the esteem in which Willys-Overland products are held by these two successful companies: when they decided to merge. Sales of Willys-Overland products in Washington during the past several months and the additional sales possibilities opened up by new, low prices in both Overland and Willys-Knight automobiles well warrant the expansion represented by tne merging of the two companies. Salesrooms will be maintained both at 1108 Vermont Avenue and”1515 14th street. The sales personnel of the two organizations will remain intact. In the near future branch salesrooms will be opened at strategic sections of the city. . H-WARDMAN - PRESIDENT ) C:H'BAUMAN - DIRECTOR. E.H .GILCREST-VICE PRES. — ] F-M-JUSTICE - VICE PRES.
