Thus it becomes a ques- tion whether the requirement of a motor vehicle owner. A New York bill was offered providing for a lower bond for a private owner than for a jitney driver. Teaching Constitution. Georgia followed New York and South Carolina by requiring teaching of the Constitution in the schools. Louislana has passed an act to limit the spacing of oil wells and other- wise regulating oil production. There has been more regulation of ofl wells in_other States.
