By the Associated Press SEATTLE, Wash., March 16.— Alaska wi enter the world meat market season by shipping 960,- 000 pounds of reindecr meat to the United States, Ralph Lomen, fur trader and reindeer p: of Nome, Aleska, said here vesterd “Five artificial ice plants have been established on the Seward Peninsula to take care of reindeer meat prod- ucts,” declared Lomen. “The limit to ralsing reindeer in Alaska will be reached in 12 years at the present rate of increase of 30 per cent a year and allowing 10 per cent a year for slaughter. There is room for 4,000,000 animals to graze in Northern Alaska.
