Houbigant’s Quelques Fleurs toilet soap, which has always been an almost prohitbitive price, has just been.peceived in a new package and may now be had for 75c for a cake. Not satisfied with exquisite bottles to hold the perfume, manufacturers have made such adorable atomizers, that one feels bound to have a new one in a color to carry out the color scheme of one’s bou- doir.
