Dr. Valeria Parker, the chalrman of racial health committee of the Na- tlonal Congress of Mothers and Par- ent-Teacher Association, has recently jssued a little pamphlet in which she says: “The racial health committee of the National Congress of Mothers and Parent-Teacher Associations co- operates with the American Social Hvglene Assoclation and the Na- tional Health Council. The commit- tee aims to promote among parents and teachers better understanding of principles and methods for training the young in high ideals concerning the fundamentals of love, home and parenthood under the general subject of social hygiene.” A call meeting of the Parent- Teacher Association at St Barnabas, Md., was held Thursday evening in the school building.
